Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our customer service and the quality of the products we offer and hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions however when a return or exchange may be necessary.

Only new, unopened and undamaged items will be accepted for return. Returns will be accepted for all items purchased within 90 days of the original purchase and must be accompanied by a RAN (Return Authorisation Number).

You must contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and for your RAN to be issued, we will not process a refund without this.

When returning goods you are responsible for the payment of postage and the secure packaging of the item/s to be returned. Returned items will be examined upon receipt, only if the original packaging is unopened, undamaged and the goods intact, will a refund be issued. Returns should be sent by registered post to guarantee receipt.

The Amount to be refunded will be the original purchase price of the item less the initial postage cost.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item in error, you should return the goods as described above. You will of course be reimbursed for your postage costs.

Naturally where applicable we shall endeavour to provide a replacement, otherwise store credit will be issued.
