All items marked as In Stock are in our wharehouse and available for shipment. We are so confident that our Stock levels are correct that we are prepared to offer the following guarantee.

If you purchase an item from us that we have marked as In Stock and for some reason it is not. We will:-

• Contact you by phone or email,
• Give you a refund for the incorrectly marked item and
• Give you a gift certificate to the value of that item which you may use against future purchases.

Fine Print:-
! Should your order contain more than one of the same item that is out of stock. The maximum gift certificate value will be equal to the value of one of those items less shipping charges.
!! Should your order contain two or more different items that are out of stock. The maximum gift certificate value will be equal to the value of the lessor item.
